Es teler is one of the variants of Indonesian beverages. Generally, it's like another cocktail- a mixture of some tropical fruit with white milk and ice. What makes it so special is the special fruits in it. Es teler usually consists of avocado, young coconut flesh and jackfruit. All of the fruit are scooped or cut into pieces and served with simple syrup and white milk. Don't forget to put crushed ice in  it. It is best served in the hot day.         Once, I was tempted to try es teler Sinar Garut which is recommended by my friends. The stall is located in Margonda Raya, close to my workplace.
